My name is Stephanie. I’m working on living a better story with my life. I decided while shopping for dish soap that I would start a blog about it. This is it. I am determined that my life be filled with quality moments, moments of wonder, love, hope, peace, plenty, hard work, passion, purpose, and the glory of God. I want my life to be a good story to tell, to be full of dreams coming true, love being given and received and special moments worth recording. I want my life to be a tale of quality over quantity, the deep and rich over the mediocre.
I live in Denver with my amazing best friend and partner, Lindsey. We are both on a quest to live healthy, rich, loving, fulfilled lives. We have 2 dogs, a golden retriever mix and yorkie. I love good wine and quiet conversations. I highly value authenticity, and you can rest assured that this space will be authentically me. I welcome your authentic thoughts too.
So here it is. A chance to record, to share, and to celebrate the quest to live a better story with my life and ponder the joy of the journey along the way.
Great blog!
Thanks Christy :)
Considering the name of your blog, I was wondering if you’ve read Donald Miller’s A Million Miles in a Thousand Years: How I Learned to Live a Better Story. Great book. I can’t recommend it enough. I wrote about in in my blog here: http://middleagebutch.wordpress.com/category/self-help-2/
I did read that book! Own it, love it. :D It’s incredible!
I search for and admire authenticity as well! I’m glad you’ve found someone to live your story with, and I look forward to reading more about it. (:
Thanks Thomas!! :)
